How our preservation process works

Make a booking with us
Start by reserving your date with the booking form below. Once you've submitted it, I'll confirm I'm available for your wedding date and gather a few details so I can personalise your service. Your booking is secured once the non-refundable $300 deposit is paid and the terms and conditions are agreed.

Drop off/Send your flowers
Drop-off is my preferred way, and the one I'd recommend. Hand delivering means your flowers arrive in the best possible condition, and we can arrange a time that suits.
If you need to post them instead, that's possible, but our Queensland heat and humidity can be tough on fresh blooms in transit, so it's worth a quick chat first.
If you're posting, I recommend Australia Express Post with guaranteed next-day delivery.

Processing Time
Once your bouquet arrives, I carefully assess every flower before any work begins. In the unlikely event some blooms are too damaged or deteriorated to preserve, I'll let you know straight away — I'll always be honest about what's possible.
From there, I fully deconstruct the bouquet and dry each bloom individually using my 3D silica method, keeping its natural shape rather than pressing it flat. Once everything's fully dry, it's arranged into your finished piece.
Each one typically takes 4–6 weeks to complete.

Delivery of your frame
When your piece is ready, I'll call you to arrange collection at a time that suits.
If your piece needs to be posted instead, I'll pack it carefully and send a tracking number once it's on its way; return postage is worked out and agreed with you beforehand, then added to your final invoice and paid with the balance.
