Our Preservation Methods
Air Drying
Perfect for certain flower types, this traditional method involves hanging blooms upside down in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. Typically, flowers dry over 2–3 weeks.
Silica Sand
Ideal for chunkier blooms, silica sand absorbs moisture efficiently while maintaining the flower’s shape and structure.
Pressing
While some flowers, like poppies, are particularly suited to the pressing method, we employ it sparingly. Our preference for a more three-dimensional aspect means we typically opt for alternative preservation methods.
